Our leaders play a critical role in the transformation of our business and our partners are responsible and held accountable for delivering our D&I actions and for the achievement of our published targets. Their efforts to deliver on our targets are taken into account in the partner performance review and income allocation process.

  • Measure D&I agenda through progress against published gender and ethnicity targets
  • Use comprehensive monitoring and reporting dashboards
  • Hold bi-monthly meetings with senior People Leaders to review progress against D&I action plan
  • Take prompt action after meetings to address any issues identified
  • Ensure diversity checks are embedded into recruitment, promotion, performance and reward
    reviews to identify and resolve anomalies, like lack of proportionality in promotions
  • Include firmwide D&I goal in employees’ annual goals and objectives and measure performance against it
